🌿 All Sales Are Final
Due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of our wire tree sculptures, wire-wrapped jewelry, and hand-painted stones, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Minor natural variations in stone, wire, or finish
Each piece is photographed and described as accurately as possible. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
📦 Damaged Items in Transit
Your artwork is packaged carefully and securely. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
If damage is confirmed, we will:
- Offer a repair (if possible), or
- Issue a refund once the item is returned
Stone R Art reserves the right to assess damage claims before issuing refunds.
📬 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:
- Please check with neighbors or your local postal service first.
Stone R Art is not responsible for:
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs delays (if shipping internationally)
